Brace Face #2!!!

Paul finally lost enough teeth to get braces! And, Dr. Rosvall said he will only be in them for 18-20 months! We will see how responsible he is with wearing the elastics though!

St. George Dance Competition!

We got to take our annual trip to St. George for Alanna's dance competition where she performed a lyrical number, Wonderful World, a jazz number, Awoo, and their production number this year was Mary Poppins! She did an awesome job on her aerials and back handsprings that she was highlighted in. Her brothers were champs about sitting around for hours waiting to see her perform...they had their Kindles!

We stayed in Cedar City, because it was cheaper to use our hotel points there, and ate at the All American diner, suggested from Yelp. It was food that my kids have rarely or never had before, so they loved it. 

Blaze had a tooth that was pretty much hanging by a thread, and I convinced him to let me pull it right there are the dinner table. It went flying and we finally found the teeny tiny tooth on the floor. Gross!

Blaze and Alanna have been resistant to swimming lessons, but we bribed Blaze with a little bag of fruit snacks if he would practice floating on his back. It worked!

Between dance numbers, we found this really fun park across from the St. George temple where our little monkeys could get some energy out! 

This was Alanna's (and mine) favorite costume this year. She is really growing up!

 We had such a late lunch that we weren't really hungry for dinner, so we had ice cream instead! This is at the famed Red Barn Creamery, and it was so delicious! The boys got ice cream soda floats, and the other three got different flavors of ice cream while I sampled everything!
