Isn't this one of the most disgusting things you've ever seen! It was very tasty vomit though...chunky guacamole and salsa!
Great Gran is 87 years old and dressed up as the Queen Mother. Part of the look was her mis-matched shoes, because old people do things like that she said. So cute!
Queen Mother, Prince Phillip, Queen Elizabeth!
Paul is a zombie surgeon (really disgusting, and he was told not to wear the mask!), Alanna is a pirate princess, Jackson is "death", of course, Blaze is Curious George!
Cache is Captain Feathersword. He loves the Wiggles, just like Jackson did at that age.
Accompanying Captain Feathersword were Anthony and Emma Wiggle
Luke made this costume for Peter!! Best Iron Man ever..his chest lights up as well as inside his mask!
The big announcement...Caleb and Lauren are expecting in June 2015! I'm so excited to find out what they are having...boy or girl!
Halloween drinks...we really didn't need the soda because everyone went for the eggnog.
Halloween dinner of enchiladas, cornbread salad, Candy Corn Salad (pineapple, oranges, and whipped cream on top), spider eggs, and pumpkin vomit.
Cache took off with Max's Thor hammer and was teasing us all with it.
Spooky treats...eyeballs, bones, Oreo Pumpkins, Halloween Muddy Buddies, and Jelly Bellies.
Witches brooms = Pinterest fail for me!
These weren't just any Jelly Bellies...some of them were Bean Boozled beans! They take their most popular flavors and disguise them as flavors like barf, boogers, stinky feet, baby wipes, but the worst is skunk spray. James ate one and practically cleared the room because it stunk so bad! We also had Belly Flops sitting out for those of us not wanting a Halloween taste bud scare. But, Andrew didn't know any better and took a test tube of the trick beans. I was trying so hard not to laugh as I watched him shove two handfuls of the beans in his mouth! He was asking why we were laughing at him, and then he said, "Oh, these are the gross flavors. I taste grass clippings in my mouth!" So fun!
Luke is passing on his love for pumpkin carving to Peter
Alanna worked really hard on her Curious George pumpkin, and it turned out looking just like him.
Cache turned into a little vampire with "blood" dripping down his face from all of his treats.
I LOVE having our basement done, and having another kitchen down there. It makes things so convenient!
We turned on Curious George Boo-fest for a few minutes because it just wouldn't be a Halloween Party without it (according to Blaze and Alanna). Blaze gets to watch 1/2 hour of TV if he doesn't pee in the bed at night, and he's watched this movie everyday for the past month! It's all he talks about too...George and No Noggin!
I got glow in the dark vampire teeth for this picture, but we couldn't get the timer to work and show up in the dark. I still love these pictures though.
Thanks to Fred and Jill, again, for all of the Halloween party goods! It just wouldn't be the same without all of the fun things they send us, like these silly props.
I guess everyone thought Great Gran needed some help with her props
James won the pie eating contest this year! Maybe because he really liked the strawberry cream pie!
Caleb said we cheated and glued his pie crust to the tin. He's a sore looser :)
Yuck! Poppy looks like he's dripping boogers from his nose!
Stinker Paul lured Andrew over saying "Andrew, come look at this!" and then he shoved a cream pie into his face! It was hilarious, and he earned himself a pie in the face.
My donut on a string pictures didn't turn out, but it was so fun to watch the little one try to eat their donut! It's like watching a dog chase its tail.
Jackson threw a pie in James's face, and then continued to throw chunks of it in his face. I think James liked it so much that we'll do it again on his birthday in a couple weeks.
Everyone did such an awesome job on their pumpkins. Now...how to make them last until October 31st?!
