Flicky with Caleb...

Caleb came down with Cache and Presley to show us his new truck, and to finally play the flicky game he gave the boys for Christmas. These kids have the best uncles ever, and I think they know it!

Star Wars Blue and Gold Banquet...

This year's theme for Blue and Gold was Star Wars! The kids were SO excited to do Jedi Training (Minute to Win it games), dress up for picture, make a Death Star Cake, and eat Princess Lays Chips! I forbade them from the Jabba the hot dogs though!

Wanna build a snowman...

When Cache and Presley were with us for the weekend, James took the kids out to build a huge snowman. He was a little top heavy and started to tilt, so it was going to be a cool observation to see how long he could actually stay up. Paul decided to push him upright, and of course, he toppled over and was destroyed. Alanna cried and cried! I wish I could have got Zadie's snowman in the same shot. She was a cute girl snowman that looked like she was made for this "handsome" guy! Thanks to Michelle for the cute snowman kit she gave us for Christmas which included a top hat, carrot nose, coal, scarf, and branches for arms!

Another nephew!!

He's finally here! Andrea had a long labor stretched out over a couple days and a few trips down to the hospital before Charlie Robert Perkins decided to come! My kids were so excited that his name is Charlie, and Paul seems to think that he "called it". It was so fun to see him shortly after he came since he was at the hospital by my house. What a sweet little guy he is! And he did his very first poopy diaper while I was holding him!

Awwww....

Michelle sent me this picture the other day of our boys (Paul, Preston, Jackson, and Chase) at the Kindergarten bus stop. They were so tiny and rambunctious! They used to say they loved being at school more that at home...little nerds!

Valentine's Festivities 2016...

The kids each got to decorate their own mini cake with the airbrush kit! It was really fun watching them get so excited about picking out colors and designs, and they were so proud of their creations.

Alanna's cake really looked like a Princess Cake!

We had our traditional meal of pizza, pasta salad, and bread sticks. And a smorgasbord of candy: buckeyes, chocolate covered cherries, sugar cookies, cake, and cupcakes from the Johnsons!

Blaze makes the best faces...especially when he's excited about something he's eating!

I made two batches of these heart cookies and stenciled designs on with the airbrush kit. It was fun delivering them to my Primary kids too! The next Sunday they couldn't wait to say thanks and tell me how they gobbled up their cookies! I am really loving being a Primary teacher and getting to connect with 8 kids instead of doing all the administrative Primary work!

Jackson drew this Yoda for his Valentine Box! I keep saying it...but his artwork truly amazes me!

Paul is still obsessed with Darth Vader. I don't know if I should be worried about that...I guess he does end up being a "good guy" in the end!

Alanna had the idea to make this cute owl bag and did it all by herself. She was SO proud!

My Star Wars Sunglasses!

This has to be one of the best gifts I've ever received! I was dying laughing just when I saw the bag Michelle made! I have been obsessed with Star Wars since the 7th movie "Force Awakens" came out a few months ago. I've seen it 3 times in the theatre...with James the second day it was out, with the whole family over Christmas break, and then with Michelle in IMAX 3-D! And Michelle and I have been trying to figure out who Rae belongs to by reading articles etc.! I'm so glad I have her to talk to, because I've even been nerding out James! And I've got a crush on Han Solo, and I love Chewie...so does Alanna! She really wants to hug him, and it's so cute the way she talks about him. The other night she was asking if Chewie is married and has a family, and James answered "No". Wrong! I've read lots on Chewie, so I corrected James and told the kids about how Chewie has a family, but Han saved his life and he pledged to stick with Han to pay him back etc. You should have seen the look on James's face! I'm really starting to scare him! I think he was a little bit jealous that I actually knew more about Star Wars than he did! I just can't wait until the next movie comes out...I'm dying to know if my theories about the mysteries of the latest movie are true! And I can't wait to wear these glasses in public and embarrass James the way he's embarrassed me for the past 16 years with his dorky Anikin shirt!

James got me the sterling roses I love (at least they are a similar color as the sterling roses that I love:)

My Sweet Baby...

This boy still comes to sleep in bed with us about twice a week. I love it! He is so sweet and cuddly and gives me hugs and kisses! I've got to enjoy it now, because he probably won't come down in the summer time when it is back to being hot!

Weekend with Cache and Presley!

We had lots of fun entertaining Cache and Presley while Caleb and Lauren went to Vegas for a few days. Cache slept in bed with me, and Presley in the Pack'n'Play right by me too! The kids loved trying their hand at feeding Presley, and they though it was hilarious when they left the bowl of baby food to close to her and she threw the food everywhere! It was also fun to explain to them that they did all of the same things, and we had to clean it up and constantly bathe them too!

New P.J.'s...

Jackson got a late Christmas surprise in the mail from his Williamson grandparents. I wanted to text them a picture of his new P.J's, and he sure was excited!
